The Left's Insurrection Against Trump Is Here

It is hard to believe the speed at which the ongoing far-left insurrection is proceeding after getting off to a slow start. I thought for sure the mobilization would have happened during the spring, but alas, it had to take the summer heat to help get things going.

I was in Los Angeles to report on the anti-ICE and anti-Trump protests during Independence Day. It was as expected, people waving foreign flags and proclaiming America did not deserve to exist. The crowd gathered at the federal building in downtown once again and they eventually attacked the DHS agents and Marines guarding the complex.

In the middle of all this, I was contacted by the U.S. Army to see if I wanted to be embedded for an operation set to take place on Monday. While I wasn’t looking forward having to stay in the area for the rest of the weekend, it was a good opportunity. Once I arrived to the military base, my expectations of being part of a small quick reaction force for federal agents quickly disappeared once I saw the motor pool.

Nearly 50 vehicles from DHS, Homeland Security Investigations, Border Patrol, and the California National Guard were staged. This wasn’t going to be a normal operation. It was meant to be a middle finger to Democrats like Mayor Karen Bass and Governor Gavin Newsom. It was to tell them, “We are here and we are going to carry out our mission.” Due to the size of the convoy and the fact we had to drive to downtown in the middle of the morning, I thought for sure we were going to run into problems before we arrived to McArthur Park.

Far-left networks in the region have been using their social media to post federal vehicles and operations happening with the address and times to raise the alarm. Suffice to say, the networks did not post about the convoy until we had already arrived to McArthur Park. We did not run into any issues on the road until we got close to the target. Dozens of people quickly showed up to protest. Karen Bass showed up to speak to the manager of the operation. Things got tense very quickly. One tire was slashed. Once the sweep was done, we left.

The Left in general has lost their minds over President Trump’s immigration crackdown, forgetting the need for such a strong response was because of the Biden-Harris border crisis.

The Left is getting bolder and more sophisticated in their attacks. They had their outburst of rage back in early June, but that did not stop immigration enforcement in LA County, in fact, it simply highlighted the need to increase the tempo of the operations. With random violence not doing the trick, the street networks are now organizing their people to be “smart” and “effective” should an ICE or Border Patrol raid happen nearby.

Four people were arrest in LA County for allegedly placing homemade spike to disable federal vehicles. There was that attempted mass ambush at the ICE facility in Texas, which was carried out by an Antifa cell. Thankfully only one local officer was wounded before there were any more casualties.

Not only was there an anti-ICE riot at the cannabis farm in Ventura County, California last week, complete with large rocks being thrown at agents once again, but it appears one rioter fired a gun in the agents’ direction during the chaos.

What is most worrying is what happens once large parts of the far-left either get tired of targeting federal agents or are unable to harm them in a significant way? Like a true underground movement, they will go to the next target of opportunity, which could end up being supporters of Trump. It is not unheard of as there have been examples since Trump first ran for president. After all, it was Trump voters who put the man back in office to carry out these operations.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide my experience in seeing how NGOs made the Biden-Harris border crisis possible, although you can be sure the Democrats on the committee will be making a lot of noise about the recent immigration operations.
