Soros-Backed Attorney Admits He Lied To Virginia Voters?

Yesterday’s House Judiciary Committee hearing about Fairfax County’s sanctuary policies that protect illegal immigrants gave way to some humorous interactions between Republicans and the Democrat witnesses, despite the serious subject.

The most amusing part to watch was when Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) grilled Soros-backed Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney Steve Descano about his campaign website stating, before it was recently changed, someone’s immigration status will be taken into account during criminal proceedings.

When Jordan tried to get an explanation from Descano, he basically admitted it was just a campaign promise that did not translate into policy once he was in office. However, it does appear his promise is indeed policy, but watch the hilarious way Descano claims that is not the case:
