It is fitting that Riot Season 2026 started yesterday, May 25th, on the sixth anniversary of the George Floyd incident. It was an inflection point not only for me perosnally and professionally, but for the entire country.

Fast forward to today, the Left is mobilizing once again in opposition to President Trump’s deportation efforts. Riot season last year started during the first weekend in June.

This Memorial Day Weekend saw clashes between rioters and DHS personnel in Newark, New Jersey at Delaney Hall. This is not the first time open border advocates have targeted the facility and it is fair to say it will not be the last.
