I interviewed the team of Starts With One Today who I was with last month as they showed me the rampant dog abuse in Los Angeles’ Skid Row. Victoriah Parker, Jonathan Parker, and Joey Tuccio provided an update on the dogs featured in my report, their response to Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass calling them dishonest about the city’s efforts, and how people can help even if they do not live in Los Angeles.
